Garbage Collection
The City contracts for residential solid waste, recycling, and landscape waste collection with GFL (formerly PDC) Services, Inc. Please contact them at (309)674-5176 to establish service or obtain additional information. All questions regarding your service should be directed to GFL Services. Recycling materials are picked up every other week on the same day as your garbage pick-up.

City Water and Sewer Bills
City water and sewer bills are mailed monthly. To learn more, Click Here. Bills can be paid online, at City Hall offices, at City Hall's drive-up drop box located on N. Elm Street, and Ipava State Bank. Some residents may receive their water from North Tazewell Water Co., (309)699-1165 or Washington Estates Water Co., (309)694-1061. You may contact them for information.

City Provided Public Services
1. Curbside residential pick-up of unwanted items is scheduled one time each year, generally during the month of April.
2. Brush pick-up is scheduled twice each year, generally during the months of May and October.
3. Vacation house check program. You may request this service by Clicking Here or calling the Police Department at (309)444-2313.
